Scary Baby bottom....

Last night during a diaper change Daddy found blood in Ryder's diaper:(  We of coarse panicked and immediately called the Doctor. It turns out that Ryder has a formula intolerance.  We are currently trying Enfamil Prosobee which is a Soy based formula.  But we did get a weight on him at exactly 5 months he weighs 15.5 pounds!

5 Months

Can yo believe it....Our little guy is 5 months old already?!?!?!

*in size 3 diapers
*quickly outgrowing 3-6 month clothes
*spends more hours awake everyday
*holds his head up very well, still a bit of a bobble head
*taking about  32 ounces of Enfamil Formula a day
*taking 5-6 ounces every 2-5 hours
*laughs alot

*sleeps 1 5-6 hour stretch each night, recently started waking up every 2 hours at night again

*will sit up with help

*tries to pull himself up to a sitting position as soon as you hold both his hands 
*very ticklish!
*finally rolls back to front and front to back
*has started teething and drools like crazy!

9/11

Today is eerily like it was on that infamous day in 2001.  Its a Tuesday, the day started out crisp and cool with barely a cloud in the sky.  Lets all remember those who died that day!  Re-read last years 9-11 post here!

First Grade!

OMG Noah is a first grader?!?!?!  How the heck did that happen?  School started last Wednesday, August 29th.  Tuesday afternoon we got to go to the school and meet his teacher Mrs. K.  She seem very nice.  I think I was more nervous than he was.  Last year he had our baby sitters daughter in his class and on the bus with him.  This year she is in a different school so that means he was taking the bus by himself.  He actually did really well!  I think he likes school or at least I hope he does:)  And yes I did cry when I dropped him off:)
